Tim came out on the coldest day of the year to clean my wood stove chimney. Super nice guy. I felt very comfortable about having him in my house. He did the job very quickly and thoroughly and spoke to me at length about how to prevent some of the problems I had been experiencing. I haven't had a problem since. Tim is great. Very polite and efficient, knows "his stuff" and is affordable. He is a small business so you need to be patient sometimes on getting a call back. It was right around the holidays when I needed him so he was crazy busy and it took me a week or so to hear back from him, I also called a couple of times. In summer, I imagine it would be very different. But the wait was well worth it to have someone who you could trust come into your home and go the extra mile for you to solve your problems.
